how many people stop their routine after show season? or do you keep the workouts and maybe do it less often?
then when it comes time for the next season - when do you start the harder workouts again?
just curious how everyones "keeps" are different in the off season vs. the on

Since I'm in MI, it gets really cold and snowy. We bulk up the dogs, but not so much that it's that hard to work off. February/March we'll start dropping the weight and work it off until show season starts.
